Museum and Collections and Operations Manager Paul Newman highlights one of the newest acquisitions in our museum collections, a ca. 1783 Chinese export porcelain punch bowl celebrating the British naval victory at the Battle of the Saintes. This presentation will highlight the significance of the punch bowl by discussing the naval engagement depicted on it.
